Western Staffing Solutions has two types of clients, Employers and Employees.
It is our job to bring them together , either on a trial (temporary) or permanent basis.
Employees can be hired on a temporary basis and transition to a fill time basis, or be hired full time directly.
Most employers are seeking the best qualified personnel; however the constraints of time limit them as the amount of time they can spend advertising for, interviewing and testing each employee.
This is time better spent doing what the employer does best, that is making money to keep their business grownig.
Western Staffing handles all of that and much more, Research, Testing, Payroll Taxes, I-9's complying with the myriad of California and Federal laws as well as providing a comprehensive invoicing plan that provides all of the data on the employees hours.
This covers Workers Compensation, Health insurance, providing the State Mandated Harassment Training and the State Mandated Pension Plan.
